Public opt-in request workflow

1. The account owner or administrator opens the public SMS Operational Alerts Opt-In form.
2. They enter the business or account name, owner or administrator name, email address, and mobile number that should receive operational alerts.
3. They choose the operational alert types they want to receive.
4. To opt in, they affirmatively check the separate, unchecked SMS consent box and submit the request.
5. WittyAIWeb verifies the requester and account before enabling SMS alerts.

This generic example mirrors the separate, unchecked control used before SMS alerts are enabled. The public opt-in request form uses the same disclosure.

Optional consent control

The SMS consent checkbox is separate from any general contact request or account access. It is unchecked by default, and text alerts are not enabled unless the account owner or authorized administrator affirmatively checks the box and WittyAIWeb verifies the request.
