Authenticated account-owner workflow
- The account owner or administrator signs in to the private WittyAIWeb workspace.
- They open notification settings and enter the mobile number that should receive operational alerts.
- They may leave text alerts disabled and continue using the workspace.
- To opt in, they enable text alerts and affirmatively check the separate, unchecked SMS consent box.
- WittyAIWeb records the destination number, consent text, consent time, and authenticated account user when the settings are saved.

Optional consent control
The SMS consent checkbox is separate from account access, email notification consent, and other workspace settings. It is unchecked by default. An account owner can save other settings without enabling text alerts.
