Our text messaging program
SeaGlass Development LLC uses WittyAIWeb to send low-volume operational notifications to a business account owner or administrator about activity in the WittyAIWeb account they administer. Messages may report new voice leads, website contacts, appointment requests, missed calls, transcript availability, form submissions, or agent and account status.
This program is not promotional, does not conduct affiliate marketing or third-party lead generation, and does not sell or distribute leads. Notifications concern activity within the recipient's own WittyAIWeb account.
How you opt in
A business account owner or administrator may opt in by submitting the public SMS Operational Alerts Opt-In form. The form asks for the business or account name, owner or administrator name, email address, mobile number, requested alert types, and a separate initially unchecked SMS consent box with the required disclosure. WittyAIWeb verifies the requester before alerts are enabled.
The public opt-in form is the reviewable consent path for this messaging campaign. After a request is submitted, WittyAIWeb verifies the requester, account, and destination number before enabling SMS alerts.
This operational notification program does not use purchased lists or imported phone-number lists. Consent is specific to the provided number and operational purpose, is optional, and is not a condition of purchase or account access.
No list buying
SeaGlass Development LLC and WittyAIWeb do not buy, rent, or import phone-number lists. We do not send unsolicited promotional or bulk marketing text messages through this program.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Up to 10 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. SeaGlass Development LLC and WittyAIWeb do not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt out or get help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we may send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you contact us again or re-enable text alerts. For help, reply HELP or contact your WittyAIWeb account administrator.
Your privacy
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All categories of information sharing described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carrier delivery
Message delivery is subject to the availability and performance of mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
